COLORFUL SPRING DECORATING

I am so excited to see this chic, bright color palette come to life in our home – I’ve started slowly styling them, as I’ve purchased or received new pieces. I’m also using some favorites you’ve seen before as well. I always rotate things from room to room, season to season.

It’s so important to remember to do that, and to know that what I share here with you, are ideas, inspiration and ways to bring things together to curate your own signature look through color and pattern, and using what you truly love and what tells your own story.

You might recognize the light blue hydrangeas in my inspiration design board above. They’re from our spring living room last year (pictured below), and I decided they’re just too beautiful not to pull out again this season.

light blue hydrangea arrangement.

I’ve kept them in my stunning pedestal bowl in my office since last year – this arrangement makes such a chic statement.

This year, I’ll be using this lush beauty in our dining room – you can see it in my Instagram reel from last week – it looks so gorgeous there.

If I remember correctly, I used four dozen hydrangeas to create this look. You can also shop that reel in my LTK shop too, in case you’re wondering where to find the pieces.

I’m working with Arianna Belle again this season, who is so generous, providing all of our gorgeous pillow covers.

Pulling from all of the vibrant, beautiful colors in our new spring pillows, I decided I wanted a few orange and red accents throughout our home, to coordinate with all of my existing blues.

SHOP OUR SPRING PILLOWS

If you’re looking for colorful pillows that are more budget friendly, these beauties that I found just might do the trick.

I found a few, small red ginger jars at HomeSense that I’ll be using in our living room and entryway, where I’ll be using these gorgeous faux peonies styled in one of them. Just a touch of beautiful red is enough color to bring in that bright, chic look I’m after.

LUSH FAUX PEONIES

These beauties are from our spring entryway a while back and it’s time to pull them out of storage again! You’ll see these styled in our entryway again this spring.

In our kitchen, I’ll be using these faux orange branches shown below, styled in one of my favorite ginger jars, along with a simple blue and white bowl full of fresh clementines as well.

So simple and beautiful! See a glimpse of how I’ve started styling them in this video in my LTK shop as well.

CHIC ORANGE BRANCHES

I adore these faux stems for our kitchen. They’re so bright, fresh and chic for spring!

On our living room shelves, I’ll be using some neutral colored books on the shelves, a few gold accents and blue and white pieces as well. More simplicity!

I found some gorgeous gold matted frames at HomeSense also and some beautiful prints from Etsy – I’m loving this still life print of oranges and this orange tree print.

DOWNLOADABLE ART FROM ETSY – INEXPENSIVE + CHIC!

I love art that can be downloaded because it’s inexpensive, you can coordinate it with seasonal decor and you can change it as often as you like, since the investment is so minimal.

Below are a couple of orange themed prints that go beautifully with my colorful spring decorating theme this year.

I’m still deciding which ones to use, but I definitely plan to display a small collection. Stay tuned! You can shop these below.

Hi Deb! Thank you so much, I’m thrilled you like everything! That is very strange about the peony link! It works on my end? Here it is again: https://rstyle.me/+PL038Ljk_8–ThpXU0Ykzg Hopefully it works for you! Thanks again! xo

  2. Love your post! Those pillows! Those peonies! I tried the link to the gorgeous faux peonies but it linked to Disney Plus…who probably have a cartoon series with faux peonies but I don’t think that is what you meant. Lol
