NEW KITCHEN ESSENTIALS: GORGEOUS BLUE STAND MIXER

Friends, I can barely contain my excitement, because I have had my eye on this stunning blue stand mixer for a long time!! I finally took the plunge and I could not be happier!

This beauty has elevated this little corner of our kitchen and I’m so happy to show it off. I don’t usually share this side of our kitchen, since it’s always been more about function than style. But after rearranging a few items and clearing out some clutter, it’s now a chic spot that I love!

My new mixer fits perfectly under the cabinet that holds all of my spices, with my baking staples in apothecary jars close by and ready to use. I love to bake in the fall and can’t wait to whip up breads, desserts, and plenty of whipped cream with this chic new essential.

The sleek matte finish in blue velvet is just perfect for our kitchen. It coordinates beautifully with all of my blue accents and classic blue and white pieces.

I’ve had a classic white stand mixer for twenty-five years now, and I’ve treasured using it for countless recipes. We’ve decided to pack it up and save it for when our daughter moves out. These mixers truly last for generations and are such a worthwhile investment.
