OUR HOME IS FEATURED ON HOMEWORTHY!
Happy New Year everyone! It’s so hard to believe that 2026 is here and 2025 has come to a close…what a year it was! It went so fast and was such a busy year. We had so much happening over here, but one thing I never shared with you on CL Blog, is our Homeworthy feature – we were very lucky to be featured twice! Once in the summer and once at Christmas. If you’re not familiar with Homeworthy, it’s a website and YouTube channel dedicated to all things home decor and lifestyle, and a look inside various people’s homes, how and why they’ve created their spaces and what makes it home to them. When I was asked last summer for our home to be featured, I was quite taken aback! I didn’t think our home would be worthy for such a large platform with so many inspiring spaces and people featured. As I looked further into the homes they share, I found that there was such a wide variety of fabulous spaces, from smaller, city apartments, to sprawling countryside estates – each one equally as impressive as the next. I was very humbled to have them visit our small home tucked away in the woods. I was so nervous each time they came to interview me, I forgot to talk about so many things and I have a tendency to repeat myself… a lot! It was no easy feat! That said, it was a great experience and I am truly grateful to have our home featured. I’ve linked both video tours if you’d like to take a look. I’ve also shared screenshots below, from both videos as well. Here is our summer tour and here is our Christmas tour.
I’d also like to thank you all for being here each week and taking the time to read with me, I am beyond blessed to be able to share my own little slice of the internet with you – and I’m so thrilled you’re here for it! Here is to a fabulous New Year – Happy 2026 everyone! Wishing you nothing but love and God’s blessings and favor!

OUR SUMMER HOMEWORTHY HOME TOUR

Here I am above, in our living room, last August, when Homeworthy came to visit our home. We walked through most of our home, inside and out, I gave a tour of each space, explaining much of what our home is all about and how it came to be over the last fifteen years, through my business.

It was quite a daunting task, I won’t lie! I was so nervous, as I mentioned above, so please bear with me if you watch! I forgot to talk about so many special, meaningful things. They were mostly spontaneous interviews, I only knew which spaces we’d be talking about, not the questions they’d ask me, or what they wanted me to talk about specifically. I tried my best, ha!

Here is the kitchen, as I share details about our cabinetry, hardware and a few things that I love about this special space in our home.

I set the table in our dining room, as well as on our patio table outside, to give the viewer a sense of what it’s like when we entertain our friends and family. You may remember our summer tablescape that I shared here on CL Blog. If you’re new here, you can take a look and get inspired for the warmer months if you’d like!
This interview stuff isn’t easy, let me tell you! Overall, I was very happy with how it turned out, they did a great job shooting, interviewing and editing. I would love for you to take the tour, to get a better peek into our home. I hope you enjoy it if you do!

For our Christmas tour, I was equally as nervous and frankly, a little worn out after the months of Christmas prepping and a crazy work schedule since July. It’s the busiest time of year in our business, and squeezing this in was a little tough! I wish I’d been a little more prepared and focused, but it still turned out well I think.

Again, I tried my best to talk about all the things I love to create in our home for Christmas and why they’re important to me, not only personally, but also from a business standpoint – to engage and inspire all of you.
From the exterior of our home dressed for Christmas, to our living room and Christmas tree, I shared how our Christmas home comes together through story telling and conveying a feeling of nostalgia, classic decorating and comfort – a lot of what I talk about here on CL Blog as well.

Below is our Christmas/winter bedroom that I never ended up sharing here on CL Blog, as I had said I was going to. You can see it on Instagram if you’d like, or you can shop from in my LTK post as well if you like. A lot of items in our bedroom are best sellers in my shop!

Being interviewed on the fly is a hard thing to do and I forgot to talk about some very important Christmas traditions that we have as a family. One of which, is baking Christmas cookies with our kids every year. I’ve shared my Mama’s classic Christmas cookie recipe with you before – I’ve been baking and eating these since childhood, and we still do it with our young adult kids today. It’s one of our favorite things to do as a family.
I truly feel so blessed to be able to do this for a living and I am equally grateful for an opportunity like this one. I hope you enjoy the videos if you decide to watch! Once again, thank you all from the bottom of my heart, for being here with me. Happy New Year! xo

Congratulations Tamara – I’m so happy for you! Your home is SO worthy for both these honors! I can’t wait to spend some time with the features. You’re so inspiring! Happy New Year, and thanks for sharing with us!
Tam, your two features on Homeworthy were equally outstanding. I have watched both many times and have shown my husband, saying “this is the lady I follow on Instagram” and he agrees that your home and you are beautiful. Please never stop what you’re doing. You bring much inspiration and beauty to these platforms. Without a doubt dear Tamara, you’re the best!
