ONE ROOM CHALLENGE : MASTER BATH MAKEOVER WEEK SIX
This is it! The last week before the big reveal and today I’m sharing snippets of the accessories I’ve pulled together for our One Room Challenge master bath makeover – I’m keeping things classic and simple – this is not a huge room, and display space is quite limited. Glass apothecary jars, lux soaps, turkish towels and natural sponges are all served up, while creating a luxurious and relaxing retreat. We’re all finished with this space, and I can tell you we’re loving every last detail in here.
Here’s a look back over the last five weeks – you won’t believe the difference!

While I was deciding on which accessories I wanted to use, it was very important to me to keep the look clean with as little visual clutter as possible. The tricky part is there are so many beautiful things to use! I still have to style and shoot for the reveal, so I still may edit down from here.
I searched high and low for bulk soaps that were classic looking and clean-lined, with a luxurious feel to them. I got lucky at HomeSense and snagged a whole bunch the other day – enough to fill my largest jar and use in a few other spots around the room.
A brushed, brass, liquid soap dispenser and covered jar bring a streamlined, modern edge to our countertops.
I love the contemporary cool juxtaposed with more traditional details.
I like to marry modern and traditional together throughout our home and classic elements like this wooden brush with natural bristles are a nod to the ‘old-world’ feel I was after with some of the pieces.
Beautiful bottles with lux shower and bath gels create the perfect escape.
A sneak peek of our roman blind and of course my favorite element – our blue and white garden stool is the perfect perch.Turkish hand towels compliment all of these items and bring in a spa-like feeling as well. Plus I just love the cute little knotted fringe detail :)
I used a cake stand to elevate this natural sea sponge and soap – elevate the everyday and make it beautiful with something footed and covered!
I’m so excited to share the reveal with you next week, I hope you’ll love it too!

I’m addicted to them lol! I love them! They are on the thinner side, but very absorbent and so cute too :) I have them in the kitchen and also our kids bathroom! Mine are from HomeSense, but I’ve linked some right in my post! Thanks for stopping by! xo
How do you like the Turkish hand towels? They are gorgeous, and I’ve been thinking of ordering some for our master… Just curious how thick they are, and where you got yours?
