EASIEST PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES WITH 4 INGREDIENTS!

I’m so excited today! I’m joining a new monthly recipe blog hop on the last Thursday of every month, hosted by my friend Marty of A Stroll Thru Life. This is all about quick and easy recipes, because let’s face it, we’re all busy. Today’s recipe is for the easiest, yummiest and seriously quickest peanut butter chocolate chip cookies you’ll ever make. 

When I say easy, I mean it. You’ll thank me, I promise!

So simple, even younger kids can make them – with supervision of course!

These yummy peanut butter chocolate chip cookies are adapted from a Kraft recipe that my mom found years ago. I’ve been making them ever since.

And they’re dangerously delicious. So, watch out, you can’t stop at one.

Don’t say I didn’t warn you!

EASY PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES - ONLY 4 INGREDIENTS

Easy + Quick cookies that take just a few minutes!

Cook Time 8 minutes
Total Time 13 minutes
Servings 24 cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips *Feel free to add more

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees

  2. Mix the first three ingredienents together

  3. Mix in the chocolate chips

  4. Scoop teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets

  5. Bake 8-10 minutes (I always bake for 8 minutes for chewier cookies)

  6. Let cool before transferring to a plate
