I can’t believe June is next week – the months seem to be passing so fast, I feel like I can’t keep up! Our son is graduating high school, our daughter turns 15 next week, and the time just keeps passing faster by the month. Summer is upon us and one of my all-time favorite summer recipes is my no-fail greek yogurt dill dip. It’s soooooo yummy.

This recipe takes about five to ten minutes, it goes with absolutely everything, from grilled meat and fish, to delicious veggies or chips. You name it. It’s delicious as an appetizer or a sauce with any meal.

Thanks again to my friend Marty, from A Stroll Thru Life, I’m teaming up again this month with a fabulous group of bloggers all sharing quick and easy recipes.

Keep scrolling for my recipe, and at the bottom of this post I’m sharing this month’s lineup – be sure to check out all the deliciousness!!Last month, I shared my very simple and oh-so-yummy boneless Asian chicken thigh recipe – if you haven’t tried that one, you need to!

Such a simple and delicious meal everyone in our home loves. My greek yogurt dill dip is another crowd pleaser whenever I make it. The great thing about it, is that you can use fresh or dry dill – I love to use either one. Today I decided to combine them!I always get asked how it’s made and because it’s so easy and quick, everyone loves it even more.

It’s something I made up on a whim one day when I was searching for an easy tzatziki recipe – I didn’t have all the ingredients I needed, so I winged it and this delicious yogurt dip was born. It’s very important to note that one of the key factors in the success of this dip is using full fat greek yogurt.

It adds richness and so much more flavor to this delicious dill dip.I also happen to be a salt lover, so I’m usually pretty generous with my seasoning.

Fresh cracked pepper is always preferred as well, and you don’t need much of it at all.

Recipe Notes

This recipe is delicious with potato chips, crackers, veggies and any type of meat or fish. Versatile and so delicious - you'll use this again and again.

When I make this greek yogurt dill dip, I never measure (which is typical when I make anything!), so I did a little bit of guessing when I wrote this recipe.

I was pleasantly surprised at how accurate my guessing was.

You’ll see, it is just so simple, you won’t need to measure either as you get used to it. Thank you so much for joining me today and I hope you love this delicious dip as much as we do. Please don’t forget to check out all the incredible recipes listed below! Enjoy et Bon Apétit! xo

That’s great, I’m glad you like it!! I love olive oil for a little added dimension, but yes, you certainly can make it without! Thanks for letting me know! xo

I’m not sure about adding the olive oil. I made without, and it’s delicious!

  3. This sounds amazing! We make several dips where we throw things together to use as sauces that are similar but haven’t tried anything with dill. So trying this over the summer with fish!
