I’m so excited for spring. We have the longest winters here and we have a long way to go before the snow is gone, but that doesn’t stop me from dreaming of warmer, longer days. If you can believe it, spring is coming sooner than you think. Even though we’re in deep freeze season where we live, I’ve been busy researching, prepping and styling our chic spring decorating pieces. Last spring, it was layers of yellows and blues, and this spring I’ve gone back to green and blue again, like last summer – I think it’s my all-time favorite color palette and for me it’s a no-fail solution to a happy, peaceful feeling in our home. You’ll see some items on repeat throughout this season and a few new pieces as well. I always love to rotate our decor and my favorite pieces throughout our home and I’m excited to share some of those favorites paired with new items too. I hope this inspires you for spring!

There’s just something about beautiful florals, chinoiserie and a soft and pretty color palette for spring. I’ve already started styling the pillows, floral arrangements and ginger jars that you see above throughout our home – we’re definitely feeling a chic spring vibe in here and loving the look so far!

Last week, I shared our chic and cozy dining room with gorgeous new blue drapes and I’m leaning toward keeping them up for spring as well – the rich blue color is a gorgeous addition to our space and I think will be really beautiful for the warmer months.
Our kitchen and living room will be getting new roman shades and drapes for spring as well, with the same trim as our dining room drapes, which will be a beautiful cohesive look from one room to the next as well.
