A CHIC & PRETTY SPRING BEDDING LOOK!

Today I’m sharing a chic and pretty spring bedding look I think you’re going to love! I recently shared this in my Instagram stories as well as in my LTK shop, and today I wanted to share it here to give you a closer look at this beautiful bedding set that adds a chic, preppy look with it’s gorgeous block print motif. You’ll also notice we’ve installed new drapes for the warmer months – we layered our windows with beautiful light blue drapes to bring in an airy, breezy look and we love it! I’ll be layering the same color drapes in our dining room, living room and kitchen shades as well and it will be a stunning look in our home – I can’t wait to show it all to you! CHIC & PRETTY SPRING BEDDING

It’s amazing how changing your bedding can create such a completely different look in your bedroom. There was a time I would change our bedding between winter and summer months and sometimes I still love to do that.

Through the years I’ve changed our bedding so many times! Last year for spring, I shared this gorgeous navy blue floral bedding set that was so chic and beautiful. This spring brings a completely different look, but equally pretty.

It’s a very different look in here, but it is truly so pretty. It gives that preppy, grandmillennial feel that’s so popular lately. I grabbed my green pillows from our spring living room to layer with it, and I love the look.

It has a beautiful contrast stripe on the reverse side of the quilt and shams – you know I love to mix prints – and this adds just the right amount of contrast, paired with the beautiful, coastal-feel of this striped sheet set.

Green and blue is probably my favorite color combination and you’ll often find it in our home in the spring and summer months. It’s just so pretty and fresh feeling, don’t you think?

Above, you’ll see a few closeup details that give you a good look at some styling that will often be on repeat in our home. Gorgeous faux florals (yes, faux!), coral sculptures and chic lighting of course. I talk about this in my post about 14 decorating tips – my no-fail styling tips that always finish a room.

I found these stunning gold palm candleholders at HomeSense – they are so chic I just had to have them. You’ll be seeing these on repeat in our home, that’s for certain! I love the palm beach flair they lend to our space.

Layered atop a favorite book (another go-to styling tip), alongside my green ginger jar, which I borrowed from our spring entryway, and my gold hurricane lantern, another item always on repeat throughout the seasons in our home.

I’m always rotating the same pieces around our home, and here in our bedroom is no exception. Often times it’s for illustrative purposes as well – to give you ideas and show you different ways to style a space. I love how these items all came together on our upholstered bench.

Our new light blue drapes bring such a chic look to our space as well. The trim detailing is a gorgeous trellis design in beige and the contrast against the blue is so chic. Below are all the details.

The light blue looks beautiful layered with our bamboo shades and is chic and monochromatic against our wall color, Benjamin Moore Blue Lace. The look in here for spring is chic, pretty and so fresh.

It’s always so fun to refresh a space for the season – it’s truly amazing what c0lor and pattern can do.
