We’re in the middle of our deep freeze here and we just keep getting more and more snow, but it’s ok! I’m still looking forward to spring! It’s the perfect time to plan and find new pieces that will make our homes feel chic and vibrant again. TIPS FOR CREATING A CLASSIC, TIMELESS HOME
Creating a classic and chic home is about finding pieces that will bring elegance and sophistication that is still casual, livable and welcoming.
I always love to layer our home with timeless, classic pieces – whether it’s furniture, lighting, accessories or rugs, if it has classic lines, it will last for years.
I love blue and white, pops of color and as you all know, touches of brass and gold are always present throughout our home as well.
I also love to infuse some wood and natural touches to bring in an organic element into a space as well.
Interesting prints and pattern and special details like a skirted piece of furniture or a scalloped edge – something unexpected always adds a chic touch.
