Delicious, salty-sweet chocolate chip shortbread cookies
Heat oven to 350F
Combine flour, butter, sugar and salt in mixer, using the paddle attachment
Add vanilla, mix well
Add chocolate chips, mix well
Roll dough into balls
Space evenly, about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets
Using a glass, press the first dough ball with the bottom of the glass
Dip the glass in flour to avoid sticking
Continue to press each dough ball
Bake for 8-10 minutes
