KITCHEN LIGHTING : PENDANTS AND SCONCES

| |

It’s been a while since I’ve talked about our kitchen and today, I’m talking about kitchen lighting – pendants and sconces.  I’ve mentioned in the past, that I’ve been looking for a new pendant light for over the kitchen sink. It’s been one of those ongoing projects since we built our home six years ago. For those of you who are new to my blog, in a nutshell, we built our home to flip it immediately, doing most of the interior finishing ourselves (my hubby and I). Well, we’re still here. That being said, we chose many things as a ‘quick fix’ and didn’t want to invest where we wouldn’t benefit. Since we’re still here, we’re slowly adding little details that make a big difference.

**UPDATE: OUR KITCHEN HAS MANY NEW UPDATES! CLICK HERE TO SEE THE LATEST!**

CITRINELIVING : PENDANT LIGHTS AND SCONCES The little number in the photo above was one of those quick installs that I figured I’d replace soon enough. Through my search, however, I discovered everything I liked was more than I wanted to spend! I also discovered that I couldn’t find anything that I liked enough to justify the spending. I finally found something that I love and fits in my budget – an update post is in the works and I’ll be sharing what our new light looks like in the near future, along with another small update in this corner of the kitchen.

Can you guess which one of these will make it’s debut in my kitchen? You’ll have to wait to find out! Hope this helped you find some interesting options for your space, if you’re looking. Which one is your favorite and which do you think I chose? Leave me a comment below!

The gorgeous kitchen below, by designer Jennifer Carvosi, is a stunner – I love the choice of pendants she uses here. You can head over to her blog (here) to see more of her beautiful work.

Do you have a full resolution of this image? If yes, can I buy it from you (or whoever owns the picture). I am in a hurry – I am doing the cake shoot tomorrow and would like to have everything settled by then. Thanks so much in advance.

Hi! I’m not sure which picture you’re referring to – if it’s my own kitchen (all the rest are from other sources, which are noted), the faucet was bought from a showroom floor and unfortunately I don’t have the name. The hardware is from Hickory Hardware. I hope that helps, thanks for stopping by!
